We’re looking for a technically confident, fast-learning Customer Success Specialist to help our customers make the most of our platform.We care about what we do and take real pride in providing excellent experience to every customer.

About this Role

This role is perfect for someone who loves technology, picks up new systems quickly, and enjoys supporting customers in the care sector. You’ll act as a key partner to our clients, setting them up for success, delivering training, solving problems, and ensuring they gain maximum value from our LMS and E-learning content.

Your day-to-day work will involve speaking with customers, showing them how the product works, helping them get set up and checking in with them throughout their time with us. Because we work in health and social care, you will often see the positive difference your work makes, which adds a lot of meaning to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with care providers and training leads, acting as their trusted system expert.
  • Convert demos into new sign ups with support from the team
  • Deliver onboarding sessions and ongoing training on how to use our LMS effectively
  • Provide technical support and guidance, helping customers configure features, manage learners, troubleshoot issues, and optimise their workflow
  • Quickly understand customer challenges and translate them into practical solutions within the system
  • Proactively monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and compliance
  • Collaborate with our product and technical teams when customer issues require deeper investigation
  • Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM
  • Collect customer feedback and share ideas for improvements with the team

Essentials

  • Strong technical confidence with the ability to learn new software quickly and explain it clearly to others
  • Experience using or supporting digital platforms (LMS, CRM, scheduling tools, compliance systems, SaaS platforms, etc.)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to break down problems and find practical solutions
  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Support, Training, Account Management, or similar
  • Confident delivering training, demos, or walkthroughs online
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Takes pride in their work and cares about delivering a great experience

Desirable

  • Experience working with care providers or the Care Sector
  • Experience working with E-learning, LMS platforms, or HR/Compliance systems
  • Basic understanding of data reporting, user management, or system configuration
