YourHippo is seeking a creative individual to produce high quality, engaging online training courses. The position requires someone who is highly imaginative, detail-orientated, who is able to collaborate with the team and is highly organised.
This position would suit those looking to break into the design industry and further develop their skills with drive to move up through the company as we expand and grow in the future.
Responsibilities
- To quickly and effectively create and edit high-quality E-Learning videos
- Work as part of a team
- Collaborate with the team in creative brainstorming
- To keep courses up to date with any legislation changes
- To be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Proficient in MS Office
- To emulate a similar visual style that matches current videos

- Great computer literacy
Desirable
- Knowledge of E-Learning Software
- Ability to publish and review courses in a learning management system (LMS)
- Previous experience with creating E-Learning
- Familiar with the Adobe suite
- Previous work experience or qualifications in a design role/discipline (i.e. Animation, video editing, photography, illustration etc.)
- Knowledge of/experience in the health care industry
